About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform audits as per plan monthly and report timely results/reports
- Update established procedures and assist in preparing new procedures on a timely basis
- Assist in developing statistical tools and analysis to monitor KPIs/QIs and other measurements
- Maintain and publish agreed KPI, QI, and COQ of key functions and management reports
- Prepare and review procedures and work instructions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review audit results and ensure effective root cause analysis
- Facilitate and lead project teams to ensure completion of process improvement implementation
- Define best practices and facilitate a culture of process discipline and standardization
- Coach and mentor process owners on trend analysis and data driven decision making
- Perform quality assurance review of all management system documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred, or relevant field of study
- 5+ years relative industry experience related to EPC construction or fabrication
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office software
- Possess ISO Auditor 9001, 14001, 45001, or other globally recognized Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor training
- Strong understanding of Lean/Continuous Improvement concepts

Job Overview
- The QHSES Assurance Specialist applies conceptual QHSES Assurance knowledge with moderate guidance.
- Responsible for solving straightforward QHSES Assurance problems and analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Perform audits as per plan monthly & report timely results/reports.
- Update established procedures & assist in preparing new procedures on a timely basis.
- Assist in developing statistical tools and analysis to monitor KPIs/QIs & other measurements.
- Maintain and publish agreed KPI, QI, and COQ of key functions of the fabrication yard and projects.
- Prepare and review procedures and work instructions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review audit results and findings.
- Facilitate and lead project teams of specialists, process owners, or other staff.
- Define best practices and facilitate a culture of process discipline and standardization.
- Coach and mentor process owners as needed.
- Provide process analysis, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Ensure sustainability of process improvements through verification audits.
- Perform quality assurance review of all management system documents.
Essential Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred, or relevant field of study.
- 5+ years relative industry experience related to EPC construction or fabrication.
- Must possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office software.
- Able to synthesize complex or diverse information.
- Possesses the ability to generate creative solutions.
- Strong ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
- Competent in dealing with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization may exist.
- Possesses a strong understanding of Lean/Continuous Improvement concepts.
- Possess ISO Auditor 9001, 14001, 45001, or other globally recognized Quality Management Systems Internal Auditor training.
- Ability to work as a team member as well as act as a team leader.
