Job Purpose
Develop, maintain, and implement the company’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management system.
Train employees and create awareness of safe working methods and behavioral practices.
Facilitate comprehensive HSE training for employees at assigned projects or operational locations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support implementation of HSE elements of the Integrated Management System.
- Assist with development and implementation of the HSE training plan.
- Prepare HSE induction training packages for review by HSE management.
- Conduct HSE inductions and issue identification badges to new inductees where applicable.
- Identify training opportunities and provide feedback to HSE management.
- Maintain current HSE training records and prepare reports for the HSE Manager.
- Prepare task-specific HSE training packages for management review.
- Conduct field-based HSE training as directed by HSE management.
- Ensure training materials comply with legislative requirements.
- Review and update training materials periodically.
- Facilitate translation of HSE documents into workforce-appropriate languages.
- Assist with HSE records and participate in internal audits.
