Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE standards, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement QHSE training programs tailored to different roles within the organization, enhancing safety awareness and competency.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes, preparing comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for prevention.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate QHSE considerations into all stages of project planning and execution, ensuring risks are managed effectively.
  • Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure adherence to safe work practices.
  • Prepare and maintain QHSE documentation, reports, inspection records, and statutory registers.
  • Implement and monitor the Company's QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
