We are hiring QHSE Officer / Supervisor for manufacturing company based in UAE.
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **QHSE Officer / Supervisor** to oversee Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance within our manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives while promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce QHSE policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Conduct workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, ISO standards, and company requirements
- Coordinate toolbox talks, safety training, and employee awareness programs
- Monitor PPE usage and safe working practices across operational areas
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain QHSE documentation, records, and audit reports
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and management teams on safety and quality matters
- Assist during external audits, inspections, and certifications
Requirements
- Experience in QHSE roles within manufacturing, fabrication, construction, oil & gas, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and quality management systems
- Familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Good understanding of incident investigation and risk assessment processes
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3–8 years of relevant QHSE experience
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems

Work Environment
- On-site industrial / factory environment

- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
