Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and programs
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training
- Maintain QHSE records, reports, and documentation
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions to improve safety performance
- Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities on QHSE matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (attested)
- NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–5 years of QHSE experience in the UAE
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- UAE Driving License is a bonus
