Role Description
The HSEQ Officer will implement and monitor health, safety, environment, and quality standards across SIBCA operations and projects in Abu Dhabi.
This is a full-time, on-site role supporting compliance, site safety, HSEQ performance, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Develop and update HSEQ procedures and maintain incident and non-conformance records.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks and coordinate training programs.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and management to continuously improve HSEQ performance and reporting.
