QHSE Director

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Food Science, or another relevant field.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in QHSE or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a strategic management or senior leadership role.
• Previous experience in the FMCG industry and within a manufacturing-based organization is mandatory.
• Strong experience overseeing multiple operational locations, such as factories, branches, warehouses, silos, or distribution facilities.
• NEBOSH or OSHA certification is mandatory.
• Relevant ISO certification or auditing experience is preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience leading QHSE teams and managing substantial resources.
• Willingness to conduct field visits to factories, branches, warehouses, and other company locations across Saudi Arabia.
