Role Overview
Air Control & Chemical Engineering is hiring a Quality Control Manager for its quality control department.
The role covers quality systems, fabrication inspection, standards compliance, non-conformance management, audits, vendors, and QC team leadership.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is based in Barejadi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- The role is full-time and the work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System across fabrication and shop-floor operations.
- Supervise incoming material, in-process dimensional and welding, testing, and final pre-dispatch inspections.
- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and clients.
- Ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, API, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Review NCRs, lead root cause investigations, and drive CAPA.
- Coordinate internal audits, client inspections, and third-party inspections.
- Evaluate vendor material quality.
- Mentor, train, and manage QC engineers, welding inspectors, and NDT technicians.
