Inspection responsibilities
- Inspect shuttering, rebar reinforcement binding, line, level, and plumb before concrete pours.
- Monitor concrete pouring, slump checks, cube casting, compaction, and curing.
- Supervise brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and painting.
- Perform site quality checks.
- Close non-conformance reports and track corrective actions until closure.
- Prepare daily quality inspection records.
