Responsibilities
- Monitor implementation of quality standards across all production stages of blocks, interlocks, tiles, and curbstones
- Conduct various tests on finished products and raw materials (cement, sand, aggregates, admixtures, etc.)
- Prepare and adjust concrete mix designs for each product according to technical requirements and standard specifications
- Inspect and ensure final products meet SASO requirements
- Document daily test results and issue technical reports to management
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with production department to correct deviations in quality or mix designs
- Implement ISO quality system requirements and product safety standards
- Develop and enhance concrete mixes using chemical admixtures
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control within cement products manufacturing plants
- Knowledge of chemical admixtures and their effects on concrete mix performance
- Proficiency in designing and adjusting concrete mixes according to standard specifications
- Strong understanding of SASO requirements and product conformity procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to interact with clients and resolve technical challenges effectively

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the implementation of quality standards across all production stages of blocks, interlocks, tiles, and curbstones.
- Conduct various tests on finished products and raw materials (cement, sand, aggregates, admixtures, etc.).
- Prepare and adjust concrete mix designs for each product according to technical requirements and standard specifications.
- Inspect and ensure final products meet Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization (SASO) requirements.
- Document daily test results and issue technical reports to management.
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with the production department to correct any deviations in quality or mix designs.
- Implement ISO quality system requirements and product safety standards in accordance with SASO regulations.
- Develop and enhance concrete mixes using chemical admixtures.
- Familiarity with producing special products (e.g., garden benches, decorative units, etc.).
- Familiarity with producing treated products (e.g., shotblasted interlock, curling, coating, grinding, etc.).
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control within cement products manufacturing plants.
