Vision of Solutions Company is seeking a QC Engineer (Civil or Electrical) for construction projects in the Eastern Region. The role involves site inspections, quality documentation, and coordination with consultants.

Responsibilities
- Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings
- Review and process Material Inspection Requests (MIR/MRIR) and Requests for Inspection (RFI)
- Manage and track all quality records and documentation
- Review and support material submittals and approvals
- Coordinate with site team, consultant, and contractor for inspections and quality compliance
- Ensure implementation of project Quality Control Plan and ITP requirements
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and QA/QC records
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 5–6 years minimum experience in construction projects
- Professional QA/QC certification preferred (ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, ASQ CQI, or QA/QC Certification in Construction/Engineering)
- Strong knowledge of Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), QA/QC procedures, and construction quality standards
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco / SEC standards is an advantage

Position Overview

Required Qualifications & Certifications

- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco / SEC standards (if applicable to projects) is an advantage
