Role Overview
Küche7 Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Jr. QC Engineer for its Quality Control department.
The role supports quality inspections, quality standards, defect identification, and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
The position is located in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, and requires work on the manufacturing shop floor.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of materials and finished products.
- Inspect sheet metal, fabricated, painted, and modular furniture or kitchen components.
- Check dimensions using Vernier calipers, measuring tapes, gauges, and similar instruments.
- Record defects, deviations, quality issues, inspection results, NCRs, and other quality records.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D, PPC, Paint, and Assembly teams to resolve quality issues.
- Assist with root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, customer complaint analysis, and process audits.
- Monitor compliance with drawings, specifications, BOM or MBOM, and quality standards.
- Support 5S, quality improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
