Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist passengers across check-in, boarding, transfers, arrivals, baggage services, Lost & Found, Customer Care, porterage, trolley, and crew terminal operations.
• Manage queues, security and immigration flows, hand baggage control, documentation, API processing, VIP handling, and other assigned flight activities.
• Coordinate with Qatar Airways, other airlines, and internal and external departments to maintain smooth terminal operations.
• Escalate complaints, unsafe or illegal activity, corruption concerns, and issues that could cause passenger dissatisfaction.
• Assist with emergencies, major disruptions, special assistance, special baggage, contractor oversight, and baby stroller staff allocation.
• Submit daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports and perform other department duties as directed.

Qualifications

• High school qualification plus at least 1 year of job-related experience, or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with no prior job-related experience required.
