Job Summary
The QAQC Senior Project Manager will review project deliverables for compl iance with applicable codes, firm standards, client requirements, and internal quality procedures, while supporting project teams in maintaining consistency, accuracy, and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Review project drawings, specifications, and calculations for compliance with applicable building codes, LAFP standards, regulations and the clear presentation of technical information.
- Provide written review comments to the project teams.
- Coordinate project introduction and follow-up meetings with project teams.
- Support staff development through reviews, including written feedback and oral discussions.
- Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with project managers in resolving technical and quality-related issues.
- Collaborat e with in-house committees to maintain LAFP policies and standard s.
Education and Experience
Degree(s) in Civil / Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering
Professional Engineering Licensure
15+ years of recent related experience
Significant experience in the design of elevated concrete structures
