Responsibilities
- Establish all method statements and procedures from project takeover to handover documentation with the client
- Establish key performance indicators, analyze causes of deviation, and report them
- Review technical submissions to ensure they meet all contractual requirements
- Review contracts related to QA/QC activities
- Establish project quality plans based on contractual requirements and ISO 10005
- Conduct internal/external audits based on ISO 19011
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 8 to 10 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Certified as a quality management system lead auditor ISO 9001
- Ability to establish method statements and procedures from project takeover to handover
- Capable of establishing KPIs, analyzing causes of deviation, and reporting
- Able to review technical submissions to meet contractual requirements
- Familiar with universal standards such as ASTM, ACI
- Ability to establish project quality plans based on ISO 10005
- Strong leadership and communication skills
