Overview
- Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical equipment, piping, and systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using methods like Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Radiographic Testing (RT) to assess the integrity of welds and materials, adhering to ASNT Level II certification.
- Review and approve mechanical drawings, calculations, and vendor documentation, verifying accuracy and adherence to design requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, inspection plans, and checklists tailored to mechanical systems and components.
