About the Role
We are seeking a QAQC Manager to establish and maintain the Quality Management System for high-rise building construction projects in Dubai. The role requires 12-15 years of construction experience, including 5 years as QC Manager on high-rise projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP)
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, approved drawings, and applicable standards
- Establish project quality objectives, procedures, inspection plans, and quality control measures
- Monitor project quality performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Oversee all inspection and testing activities for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works
- Ensure proper implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
- Review and approve material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and test reports
- Coordinate with approved third party laboratories for testing activities
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Ensure non conformance reports (NCRs) are properly investigated, documented, and closed out
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test certificates, and quality documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 12 15 years of construction experience
- Minimum 5 years as QC Manager on high rise building projects
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience with a Main Contractor
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, mixed use, hospitality, or high rise tower projects
- Experience managing quality systems for projects exceeding 20 floors
- Professional certifications in Quality Management preferred
- Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) preferred

Job Summary
- The Quality Control (QC) Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) for high rise building construction projects.
- The role ensures that all construction activities, materials, workmanship, inspections, and testing activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, consultant requirements, applicable codes, and UAE regulatory standards.
- The QC Manager shall lead the QA/QC team, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with the required quality standards and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in Quality Management are preferred.
- Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) is an advantage.
- Minimum 12–15 years of construction experience.
- Minimum 5 years as QC Manager on high rise building projects.
- Minimum 5 years UAE experience with a Main Contractor.
- Proven experience in residential, commercial, mixed use, hospitality, or high rise tower projects.
- Experience managing quality systems for projects exceeding 20 floors.
- Thorough knowledge of QA/QC procedures and quality management systems.
- Strong understanding of concrete works, structural works, architectural finishes, waterproofing systems, façade works, and MEP coordination.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other UAE authority requirements.
- Ability to review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical specifications.
