Role summary
Act as the quality gatekeeper for AI-generated code across HRMS, EPM, TMS, and CTRM platforms.
Build automated regression and validation layers that support faster delivery without compromising production quality.
The role covers test strategy, framework engineering, and hands-on test authoring.
Key responsibilities
- Own testing strategy across four platforms and determine what to test manually, automate, or monitor.
- Build suites to detect AI-generated code defects such as fabricated APIs, missed edge cases, and calculation errors.
- Coach engineers on unit, integration, end-to-end, TDD, and BDD testing standards.
- Build and maintain Playwright, Cypress, pytest, or equivalent automation suites integrated with CI/CD.
- Create reusable fixtures and seed data for payroll, consolidation, route, and trade scenarios.
- Run performance and load testing and publish quality dashboards.
- Manage defect triage and enforce definition-of-done, release-readiness, and post-release verification.
Must-have qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
- 5+ years in software QA roles, including at least 2 years in test automation.
