What Will You Enjoy Doing
Main Responsibilities:
Product & Process Verification
Knows ALPLA bottle terminology
Conducts bottle testing and understands customer specifications
Performs routine quality checks
Completes equipment verifications
Performs line clearance process Quality Systems & Documentation
Can properly complete paperwork and standards (basic)
Navigates document management system
Understands IMS basics
Understands OPEX basics
Can complete COA review and preparation
Data Management and Analytical Tools
Understands CAQ basics
Understands statistics basic and/or intermediate as required by location
Nonconforming Product & Problem Solving
Manages internal and external defective products
Understands AQL and sampling plans
Understands problem solving basics
Participates in RCAs
Performance Metrics:
On-time completion of assigned training
Pass Gauge R&R evaluations
Acceptable performance on data integrity audits
Departmental goals as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: minimum education of a High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 0-1 year of experience with physical lab testing equipment, preferred
- Skills: computer basics, passing ALPLA assessment scores, ability to work well with others, good decision making will minimal supervision, ability to multi-task, good organizational skills

The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs.
