About the Role
BON cafe is seeking a QA/QC Specialist to monitor and implement food safety and quality systems in Jeddah. The role requires ensuring compliance with ISO 22000 and HACCP standards, monitoring production lines, and conducting supplier audits.

Responsibilities
- Monitor production lines and processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Apply and document ISO 22000 and HACCP records, including CCPs, corrective actions, and PRPs/OPRPs
- Conduct supplier visits to verify food safety compliance
- Coordinate with departments as directed and monitor inventory management for FIFO application
- Perform laboratory inspection and analysis
- Train workers on GMP and personal hygiene regularly
- Participate in internal and external audits by granting bodies (e.g., SFDA, ISO)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in food or beverage manufacturing (preferably juice or packaging)
- Certified in HACCP and ISO 22000 documentation and internal auditing
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle emergencies and product recalls

Job Purpose
- Monitor and apply food quality and safety systems across all production stages, ensuring full compliance with ISO 22000 and HACCP requirements, and documenting records to ensure safe and specification compliant products.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Critical Control Points (CCPs)
- Corrective and preventive actions
- Prerequisite Programs (PRPs) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRPs)
- Product traceability
- Ensure compliance with government bodies' requirements
- Visit suppliers and verify their food safety compliance
- Coordinate with departments as directed
- Monitor inventory management for FIFO application
- Laboratory inspection and analysis
- Train workers on GMP and personal hygiene; participate in internal and external audits
Qualifications and Requirements
