URGENT HIRING – QA And QC OFFICER (LANDSCAPE PROJECTS)
We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced **QA/QC Officer** with a strong background in **landscape works** to join our team in Qatar.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor the **QA/QC procedures** on site
- Review drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution
- Prepare and submit **Inspection Requests (IRs)** and coordinate with consultants
- Conduct routine site inspections for **softscape and hardscape activities**
- Ensure all materials comply with approved standards and specifications
- Maintain proper **QA/QC documentation**, reports, and records
- Monitor ongoing work to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings
- Identify quality issues and raise **Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)**
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions for NCR closure
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on quality matters
- Ensure testing and inspection of materials (soil, plants, irrigation systems, etc.)
- Witness site inspections and testing activities
- Maintain logs for inspections, material approvals, and site activities
- Assist in internal/external audits and quality reviews
- Monitor **snag/punch list items** and ensure timely completion
- Support project handover by preparing quality documents and reports
Requirements
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in agricultureor related field
- Minimum **2–4 years of experience** in QA/QC, preferably in **landscape projects**
- Knowledge of **QA/QC standards, procedures, and documentation**
- Experience in **softscape and hardscape works**
- Familiar with **Qatar construction standards (Ashghal experience is an advantage)**
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, reporting)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Must be **locally available in Qatar**
- **Transferable QID with valid NOC is mandatory**
- **Ready to join immediately**
