- Lead and manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP).
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and applicable international standards.
- Manage QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and quality documentation.
- Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Material Submittals.
- Monitor inspections, testing activities, and site quality performance.
- Manage NCRs, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, and Project Management Teams on all quality related matters.
- Lead internal and external quality audits.
- Prepare executive quality reports for senior management.
