Responsibilities
- Develop and implement mechanical QA/QC plans aligned with project specifications and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor QA/QC inspectors and engineers throughout the mechanical construction lifecycle.
- Conduct inspections and testing of mechanical equipment, piping systems, and structural components.
- Identify and resolve mechanical quality non-conformities promptly.
- Review and approve mechanical engineering designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout mechanical construction.
