To ensure effective quality management and successful project execution, we kindly request the assignment of a dedicated QA/QC Manager to oversee and monitor the overall project quality activities.

Monitoring all construction and installation activities to ensure compliance with the approved specifications, drawings, method statements, and applicable standards.
Supervising QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors to ensure timely inspections and quality control at all stages of the project.
Reviewing and monitoring Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), and corrective/preventive actions.
Ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP), approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and project procedures.
Coordinating with the Consultant, Client, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to resolve quality related issues promptly.
Monitoring the closure of defects, punch list items, and snagging activities prior to testing, commissioning, and handover.
Ensuring that all quality records, inspection reports, test certificates, and handover documentation are complete and properly maintained.
Conducting regular quality audits and site surveillance to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
Reporting the overall project quality status, highlighting critical issues and recommending corrective actions to project management.
