About the Role
Redco International W.L.L is seeking a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality management for construction projects in Doha.

Responsibilities
- Monitor all construction and installation activities to ensure compliance with approved specifications, drawings, method statements, and applicable standards
- Supervise QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors to ensure timely inspections and quality control at all stages of the project
- Review and monitor Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), Site Observation Reports (SORs), and corrective/preventive actions
- Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP), approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and project procedures
- Coordinate with the Consultant, Client, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to resolve quality related issues promptly
- Monitor the closure of defects, punch list items, and snagging activities prior to testing, commissioning, and handover
- Ensure that all quality records, inspection reports, test certificates, and handover documentation are complete and properly maintained
- Conduct regular quality audits and site surveillance to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures
- Report the overall project quality status, highlighting critical issues and recommending corrective actions to project management
Requirements
- Minimum 10 15 years of experience in QA/QC
- Must have a driving license
- Working experience with PWA (Ashghal)
- Ability to oversee all disciplines to hand over project
