Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all QA & QC activities
- Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and international quality standards
- Manage quality documentation, inspections, and approvals throughout project execution
- Coordinate with clients and Third Party Inspection (TPI) agencies
- Support ADNOC and other Oil & Gas projects by ensuring quality requirements are fully met
- Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Proven experience in the Middle East, preferably UAE, with ADNOC projects
- Strong experience coordinating Third Party Inspections (TPI)
- Good knowledge of API standards applicable to Oil & Gas
- Hands on experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems
- Experience with customer quality requirements, inspection documentation, and project quality coordination
- Professional certifications such as NDT, CSWIP 3.1, and BGAS Grade 2 are highly preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced QA & QC Manager to lead and manage both the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for our valve and industrial products business serving the Oil & Gas sector.
