Job Summary
The QA/QC Manager leads and oversees all quality assurance and quality control activities.
The role ensures company standards and client expectations are consistently met across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the QA/QC management system.
- Lead QA/QC teams and oversee daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international standards.
- Review project quality plans and procedures.
- Conduct internal and external audits.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide training and mentorship to QA/QC staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 14 years of QA/QC experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of QA/QC systems and standards.
- CQI-IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor certification.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 12,000 to QAR 13,000 per month.
