Responsibilities
- Perform QA/QC inspections for mechanical installation, fabrication, piping, structural, and equipment works
- Verify materials, dimensions, and workmanship against approved drawings, specifications, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
- Conduct inspections during installation, hydrotesting, pressure testing, alignment, and mechanical completion activities
- Witness and document inspection and testing activities
- Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, NCRs, and quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with project quality procedures, client specifications, and international standards
- Coordinate with construction teams, supervisors, and client inspectors for inspection activities
- Monitor corrective actions and verify closure of quality issues
- Maintain QA/QC records and support project documentation for handover
