Position summary
Perform and implement QA/QC activities at manufacturing stages in line with standards, legal requirements, customer specifications, and company procedures.
Monitor manufactured and repaired products to ensure consistent quality and compliance before delivery.
Core responsibilities
- Manage controlled QA/QC documentation and maintain audit-ready records.
- Maintain compliance with IMS procedures, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
- Prepare ITPs from customer specifications, drawings, standards, and project requirements.
- Prepare Method Statements, checklists, test records, Quality Plans, material reports, NCRs, corrective action reports, calibration records, and COCs.
- Coordinate inspection and testing requirements with production and technical teams.
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Maintain calibration and verification records for gauges and testing equipment.
- Verify documents before final product release and delivery.
- Report and follow up on nonconformities, complaints, surveys, and supplier evaluations.
- Maintain product identification, traceability, and inspection status through operations and delivery.
- Support internal and external audits, management reviews, and customer inspections.
- Train production staff and support accreditations, certifications, and regulatory approvals.
