About the Role
Verger Delporte UAE Ltd. seeks QA/QC, HVAC and Plumbing Engineers for full-time, on-site roles in Abu Dhabi. You will monitor quality of HVAC and plumbing installations, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and verify the quality of HVAC and plumbing installations, materials, and workmanship in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and company procedures
- Prepare and review inspection and test plans
- Conduct site inspections and document non conformities
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with project teams
- Collaborate with design, project management, and construction teams to ensure compliance with codes, client requirements, and internal quality systems
- Maintain accurate QA/QC records and prepare reports for management and clients
- Participate in internal and external audits as required
Requirements
- Strong Quality Control skills including developing and implementing inspection procedures for Electrical, HVAC and plumbing works
- Solid Quality Assurance skills including establishing and maintaining QA processes aligned with company standards and ISO requirements
- Quality Auditing skills including participating in internal and external audits
- Quality Management skills including supporting quality plans and coordinating corrective actions
- Inspection skills including conducting detailed site inspections of HVAC and plumbing installations
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with specific experience in Electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems
- Previous QA/QC experience in construction, MEP, or electro mechanical contracting projects in the GCC or similar markets
- Working knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, local)

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for QA/QC, HVAC and Plumbing Engineers based in Abu Dhabi Emirate.
- Monitor and verify the quality of HVAC and plumbing installations, materials, and workmanship in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and company procedures.
- Prepare and review inspection and test plans, conduct site inspections, document non conformities, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
