Role Overview
Develop and implement quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures for piping fabrication projects.
Review and interpret piping system specifications, blueprints, and project requirements.
Conduct inspections and tests on piping systems, including welds, joints, and materials, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify non-conformance issues and initiate corrective actions.
Monitor and verify the implementation of corrective actions to ensure effective resolution of quality issues.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of inspection processes and findings.
Collaborate with project teams and contractors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, and implement changes in QA/QC processes as necessary Salary AED 13000 ~ 15000 Free Transportation (Shabiya Location only) Yearly Ticket

Qualification Requirement Bachelor of mechanical or metallurgical engineering.
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MT, and PT.
CSWIP 3.2 or AWS-SCWI Knowledge of ASME B31.3 and Sec IX is mandatory.
Having a total experience of min. 13 years as QC Engineer in the Oil & Gas PROJECTs.
Hands on experience in welding, NDT, and coating / painting.
Good command in PROJECT Quality auditing.
Strong coordination and reporting skills.
Skill in MS Excel is mandatory.
Fluent English lingual skills.
