Role Overview
Rejlers is hiring a QA/QC Engineer to execute engineering projects and support bids in Navi Mumbai, India.
The role is assigned to projects and serves as a focal point for quality-related issues, client coordination, and achievement of project quality goals.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform quality assurance and quality control activities for design and engineering consultancy services.
- Prepare and implement project quality plans, programs, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Review QA/QC aspects of proposals, detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and data sheets.
- Ensure client, subcontractor, vendor, and fabricator QA/QC programs comply with project quality plans.
- Conduct audits and analyze nonconformities, complaints, quality data, and adverse trends.
- Prepare quality reports, statistics, presentations, and project quality metrics.
- Provide technical support, solutions, training, and inductions for project personnel.
- Coordinate with clients, project disciplines, contractors, and the branch QHSE department.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, energy, and environmental objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
- At least 10 years of engineering consultancy experience in the petrochemical and oil and gas industry.
