About the Role
Leminar Qatar is seeking a KAHRAMAA-approved QA/QC Engineer with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and 8-10 years of experience on large-scale HVAC maintenance projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and quality procedures
- Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality documentation
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on quality related matters
- Monitor testing and inspection activities and maintain proper quality records
- Identify non conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure quality requirements are met throughout project lifecycle from mobilization to commissioning and handover
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System training certification mandatory
- Minimum 8 10 years experience as QA/QC Engineer, preferably on large scale HVAC maintenance projects
- Must be KAHRAMAA approved
- Must be on permanent payroll of employer
- Strong experience in developing and implementing Project Quality Plans
- Hands on field experience in inspection works from project start up through commissioning
- Thorough knowledge of international codes and standards such as BS, ASTM, ACI, ANSI, API, ASME
- Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities
