- Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes and procedures to ensure project activities meet quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of project sites, materials, and processes to identify quality issues and non conformities
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to establish quality assurance benchmarks and performance indicators
- Review and approve project documentation including quality control plans, test reports, and compliance certificates
- Conduct quality training and workshops for project teams and subcontractors
- Participate in developing quality assurance strategies, including selection of testing methods, tools, and equipment
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, including defect rates, rework percentages, and customer satisfaction scores
- Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and quality assurance analyses, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Role Overview
- An experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team.
- The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities and deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes and procedures to ensure that all project activities and deliverables meet established quality standards as per corporate and client requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of project sites, materials, and processes to identify any quality issues, deviations, or non conformities, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to establish quality assurance benchmarks and performance indicators for ongoing project monitoring and evaluation.
- Review and approve project documentation internal and external, including quality control plans, test reports, and compliance certificates, to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality training and workshops for project teams and subcontractors to promote a culture of quality awareness and best practices.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies, including selection of appropriate testing methods, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, including defect rates, rework percentages, and customer satisfaction scores, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and quality assurance analyses, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and best practices in quality management.
