Overview
- Develop, implement, and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for aluminium and glass works.
- Conduct rigorous factory inspections of fabricated elements (curtain walls, windows, doors) against approved shop drawings before dispatch.
- Perform site inspections during and after installation, ensuring compliance with project specifications and consultant requirements.
- Prepare and submit Method Statements, Material Submittals, and QA/QC reports.
- Manage third-party testing (e.g., water/air infiltration tests) and coordinate with consultant inspectors for WIR approvals.
- Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective/preventive actions.
