Role Overview
TNCD is hiring a QA/QC Engineer.
The role focuses on project quality management, quality standards, nonconformances, and coordination with suppliers and contractors.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Track the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system.
- Recommend and implement changes.
- Track the status of all issued nonconformances.
- Examine credentials and training criteria for quality inspection staff.
- Assist staff in understanding quality standards, manuals, and processes.
- Engage with suppliers and contractors to keep systems in good working order.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a QC Engineer.
- Experience in high-rise apartment construction is required.
- Considerable experience in a similar position.
- Proven track record managing personnel and material resources.
- Critical thinking, analytical ability, and complex problem-solving skills are required.
- Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies.
