Project quality responsibilities

• Implement the quality management system at site according to the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
• Prepare Work Inspection Requests for each construction activity and submit them to the consultant.
• Check incoming materials against project specifications and approved material submittals.
• Monitor Work Inspection Requests and test reports and update quality management and site teams.
• Establish and monitor QA/QC plans, method statements, and test plans before and during project execution.
• Ensure document-control procedures are implemented and approved consultant documents are distributed correctly.
• Verify inspections follow the plan and advise construction teams on corrective actions to avoid rejected work.
• Inspect materials internally before consultant inspection and raise NCRs for substandard deliveries.
• Maintain inspection records and provide quality data for weekly progress meetings.
