Role Overview
The QA/QC Engineer will support quality assurance and quality control activities on oil and gas, LNG, or petrochemical projects in Qatar.
The position is based in person in Qatar.
Experience Requirements
- QA/QC experience in oil and gas, LNG, or petrochemical projects is required.
- At least four years of quality assurance and quality control experience is required.
- Five years of oil and gas experience is preferred.
- Previous Qatar or GCC experience is preferred.
- Experience with QatarEnergy or QatarEnergy LNG projects is preferred.
Technical Qualifications
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, inspection and test plans, requests for inspection, non-conformance reports, inspection procedures, and quality documentation is required.
- CSWIP, NDT, API, or ISO Lead Auditor certification is advantageous.
Quality Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor project quality plans and inspection and test plans.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate requests for inspection with the client.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and QatarEnergy LNG requirements.
