The team includes experienced engineers and technicians skilled in dry-docking, hull and tank preservation, hull repair, engine and machinery overhaul, piping and valves service, tail shaft, propellers and rudders, carpentry and masonry, and electrical automation.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site QA/QC role based in Dubai.
The QA/QC professional will develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and standards across ship repair, marine door manufacturing, and equipment services.
Daily responsibilities include inspecting materials and components, monitoring production and repair activities, verifying compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements, and documenting inspection results and non-conformities.
The role involves coordinating and supporting internal and external audits, preparing quality reports and test documentation, and driving corrective and preventive actions with engineering, production, and procurement teams.
The QA/QC professional will also assist in training team members on quality procedures, ensure proper calibration of measuring devices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety and quality performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Quality Control skills, including inspection, testing, and documentation of materials, components, and completed work.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Management, including setting standards, procedures, and continuous improvement practices.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or equivalent structured quality frameworks relevant to manufacturing and fabrication environments.
- Experience with Quality Auditing, including planning, executing, and reporting on internal and external audits.
- Background in marine, mechanical, or industrial engineering, or a related technical discipline (diploma or degree preferred).
- Familiarity with marine classification society rules, ship repair standards, and relevant international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and welding or fabrication procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical corrective actions.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary on-site teams.
- Previous QA/QC experience in marine, shipyard, heavy engineering, or manufacturing environments is highly
