Overview
· Manages QA/QC documentation and reporting.
· Participates in internal and external surveillance audits
· Monitors the contractors QA program with the Project Manager and Supervisor and subcontractors.
Review any existing standard documentation for the PM team and propose any improvements deemed necessary.
· Coordinate all activities related to the Document Management procedures, including technical documents, drawings, packages, couriers and commercial correspondence.
· Create and maintain tracker for drawing approval process and technical submittals.
· Record keeping of received and sent letters to the various consultants and other contractors.
· Maintain proper records for all internal and external correspondence
· Issue approved drawings and technical data to site team for implementation.
· Prepare task list and review in line with the time line specified in advance.
· Maintain document control registers/documents for incoming and outgoing project documents.
· Manage the electronic and hard copy filing of project related technical documentation.
· Organized filing for all documents & Upload and register all documents in the system
· Provide efficient coordination and administration support to the technical team.
· Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

- QA/AC Assistant / Document Control: 2 years (Required)
