Overview

Job Responsiblities

• Well experienced in ISO standards implementations, and have experience in Roads, high rise building constructions, infrastructure areas etc.
• Oversee and inspect all construction works from piling to superstructure works, finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, external landscaping, cladding and interior works.
• Prepare project specific PQP, Method statements, ITPs, and Maintain Quality monitoring and Material testing reports in timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor work progress to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare, review, submission and follow up until approval of engineering submittals, and maintain test report of tools, machineries and equipment used for construction & finishing works.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on quality control issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions in timely manner as per PQP schedule.
• Prepare Monthly and weekly quality reports and project KPI dashboards as per each project client requirements and company standards.
• Conduct and participate quality meetings, progress meetings, internal audits etc. as per approved PQP plan and project requirements.
