About the Role
We are seeking a QA Lead for Master Data Management to oversee data migration QA for Oracle ERP implementations. You will review migration strategies, validate data mapping and transformation, and ensure robust controls across HR, Finance, and SCM domains.

Responsibilities
- Review and validate the Data Migration Strategy including migration scope, methodology, waves, environment strategy, cutover approach, rollback plan, and business validation process
- Assess data readiness by evaluating source system readiness, data extraction readiness, business data ownership, and source data quality
- Perform independent QA reviews of data mapping documents, data cleansing approach, transformation logic, code/value conversions, and Oracle data model alignment
- Ensure robust migration controls for data extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation, and business/technical sign offs
- Validate data migration testing across playback cycles, SIT, and UAT
- Review and validate reconciliation for HR, Finance, and SCM data domains
- Drive defect management by tracking migration defects, coordinating issue resolution, verifying fixes, and ensuring environment readiness
- Support production cutover activities by validating migration readiness, supporting cutover execution, verifying post migration data quality, and ensuring successful migration completion
- Provide overall Data Migration QA governance throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Data Migration Quality Assurance (QA)
- Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM)
- Hands on experience with Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud implementations
- Proven experience in enterprise ERP transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of data reconciliation, validation, migration controls, and testing methodologies
- Experience working across Finance, HR, and SCM functional domains
- Excellent stakeholder management, governance, and defect management skills
