- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, desktop, and API applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, usability, performance, and UAT testing
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects; collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
- Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, participate in root cause analysis, and recommend quality improvements
- Support test automation initiatives, maintain automated test suites, and improve testing frameworks
- Review requirements, participate in sprint planning, validate new features, and support software releases
- Prepare test documentation, maintain accurate records, and contribute to knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Strong understanding of QA principles, testing methodologies, and SDLC
- Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, system, performance, usability, and UAT testing
- Familiarity with test planning, test case design, defect lifecycle management, and test reporting
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail
- Knowledge of API testing, database testing, and SQL
- Familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium is an advantage
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, web technologies, and client server architecture
- Knowledge of CI/CD, version control, and Agile/Scrum
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong documentation skills

Role Description
