Evaluate existing and new test cases to identify opportunities to improve automation coverage, regression coverage, and overall testing effectiveness.
Test integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications, including APIs, middleware, scheduled processes, and inbound/outbound interfaces.
Perform data migration and data validation testing, including field mapping, record counts, data completeness, accuracy, transformation, synchronization, and exception handling.
Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, severity, supporting evidence, and business impact; retest fixes and perform appropriate regression testing.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, and retrospectives, and provide QA estimates, status updates, and quality risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve QA processes, test automation, regression coverage, defect prevention, and overall software quality.
Salesforce certifications. Professional certifications such as ISTQB, ASTQB, CSTE, CSQA, CQSE
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
Strong experience analyzing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria and translating them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, defect-management, and communication skills.
Strong command of the English language. Fluent in speaking and writing English.
Ability to independently analyze requirements and identify quality risks before testing begins.
Strong ownership of testing outcomes and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Ability to effectively balance comprehensive testing with Agile delivery timelines.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across business and technical teams.
Ability to continuously identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, automation coverage, and quality processes.
