Salesforce certifications. Professional certifications such as ISTQB, ASTQB, CSTE, CSQA, CQSE

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.

Strong experience analyzing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria and translating them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, defect-management, and communication skills.

Strong command of the English language. Fluent in speaking and writing English.

Ability to independently analyze requirements and identify quality risks before testing begins.

Strong ownership of testing outcomes and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Ability to effectively balance comprehensive testing with Agile delivery timelines.

Strong collaboration and communication skills across business and technical teams.

Ability to continuously identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency, automation coverage, and quality processes.

The QA Engineer will be responsible for analyzing requirements from a quality perspective, developing and executing comprehensive test scenarios, and building and maintaining automated tests using Copado Robotic Testing . The role requires strong Salesforce testing experience and the ability to test complex business processes involving integrations, data migration, and multiple enterprise systems.
