Role Overview
Outboundry is a SaaS platform for automating outbound sales through email, LinkedIn, AI-powered personalization, and automated reply handling.
The QA Engineer will own end-to-end product quality across features, workflows, integrations, and edge cases.
The role works with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end, regression, integration, cross-browser, and responsive testing across user workflows.
- Test new features, third-party integrations, APIs, permissions, settings, data, and configurations.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and verify bugs and difficult-to-reproduce edge cases.
- Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, checklists, and QA documentation.
- Provide QA input before development, collaborate on root-cause analysis, and improve release processes.
- Contribute over time to test automation for critical and repetitive workflows.
Requirements
- Have 1–3 years of software testing or QA experience, preferably with SaaS or web applications.
- Understand functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
