About the Role
We are hiring a QA Engineer for our client , a growing North American product company building an AI-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform.
The ideal candidate will own quality across manual testing, automation, API testing, regression, and release validation while working closely with a senior engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute manual and automated test cases .
- Perform UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop automation using Selenium, Cypress, and/or Playwright .
- Test REST/GraphQL APIs using Postman.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and validate fixes.
- Support CI/CD testing and release sign-off .
- Test multi-tenant workflows, authentication, authorization, and edge cases.
- Work directly with the North American engineering team.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of QA experience with manual and automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright .
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and Postman .
- Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript .
- Experience with Git and Jira .
