Role overview
QA Engineer role supporting development of a trading platform for the financial sector.
Tasks
- Conduct testing of company products, including APIs, back-end APIs, and user interfaces.
- Automate test scripts.
- Log defects and track their lifecycle.
- Study new technologies and develop test strategies.
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working on commercial projects.
- Understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating principles and command-line usage.
- Basic knowledge of TCP and HTTP network protocols.
- Experience working with databases and knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge and experience with Git.
- Higher technical education.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
Advantageous qualifications
- Load testing experience is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of encryption algorithms is advantageous.
- Understanding of exchange trading principles is advantageous.
- Exposure to blockchain technologies is advantageous.
