QA Automation Engineer

Proven experience in web quality engineering 5+ years of hands-on experience testing complex, client-facing websites, with a strong understanding of modern web architectures and user experience expectations.

Experience within CMS-driven environments Solid experience working with content management systems (ideally headless or composable CMS platforms), with the ability to validate dynamic, content-driven experiences at scale.

Balanced QA skillset (manual + strategic) Comfortable leading manual testing efforts where needed, while contributing to test strategy, test design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong ownership and accountability Demonstrated ability to take initiative, operate independently, and drive quality outcomes across fast-paced, evolving projects — including ambiguity during platform migrations.

Collaborative, team-first mindset Proven success working in cross-functional teams, with the ability to build strong partnerships across engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.

Excellent communication and influence Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting features, articulating quality risks, and engaging stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Leadership and mentorship capability Experience onboarding new team members, sharing best practices, and elevating team standards through knowledge sharing and example-setting.

Deep understanding of modern web ecosystems Familiarity with component-based architectures, APIs, and feature-rich CMS platforms supporting high-traffic, global websites.

Strong grasp of browser behavior and performance Expertise in cross-browser and cross-device testing, with an understanding of modern browser capabilities, limitations, and performance optimization techniques.

Agile and Scrum expertise Hands-on experience operating within Agile environments, actively contributing to sprint ceremonies, estimation, and delivery planning.

Security-aware testing mindset Working knowledge of key security concepts such as authentication/authorization, API security, encryption, and certificate management.

Experience with headless or enterprise CMS platforms Exposure to platforms such as Kontent.ai, Uniform, Sitecore, Drupal , or similar modern CMS ecosystems is highly valued.

Automation-forward thinking Foundational understanding of test automation frameworks and the ability to identify opportunities to scale automation effectively.

AI-enabled productivity Demonstrated use (or strong interest) in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance testing efficiency, coverage, and quality insights.

Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

Hybrid model: 4 days per week in-office , collaborating closely with a high-performing, globally distributed team.
