QA Automation Engineer

Requirements

• o Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, security, exploratory).
• o Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• o Proficiency in programming/scripting languages JavaScript is mandatory
• o Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI).
• o Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• o Understanding of version control (e.g., Git).
• o Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• o Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and shift-left testing practices.
• o Familiarity with defect/test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Zephyr, qTest).
• o Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• o Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
• o Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• o Growth mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
