Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.
• Set up and manage test data and test environments.
• Identify, track, and validate defects using JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and Scrum teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning and execution.
• Conduct database validation and analyze test results.
• Contribute to test automation frameworks and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3- 5 years of experience in software QA and testing.
• Strong experience in functional and regression testing.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with DB2 and/or relational databases.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or fintech domains.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data mining concepts.
• Exposure to distributed systems, online and batch processing environments.
• Experience with test environment and test data setup.
